If your permanent resident card or conditional permanent resident card has expired and you have already applied to renew it or remove conditions, you may show your expired card along with your receipt notice as evidence of continued status.

What to Bring When Applying for a Passport
You must provide one photo with your application. To avoid processing delays, be sure your photo meets all photo requirements.
Please Note: The Office of the Clerk of Superior Court provides full-service passport photo services for a $14 fee.
If you were NOT born in the U.S., other accepted forms include:
Certificate of Naturalization
Certificate of Citizenship
Credit/Debit cards are NOT accepted for application fees.
However, cash or checks are accepted for the execution fee made payable to the Clerk of Superior Court.
